Parents: Attention: There will be no school on Wednesday of this week, May 1st due to Labor Day.
Graduation for K, 5th, and 8th graders is soon! Here’s what you need to know:
Parents of graduating students need to pay the $150 graduation fee by the end of
this month.
The latest you can pick up graduation gowns is Wednesday, May 15th. If you already paid for your child’s gown you can pick it up any time before the 15th.
Graduation is on Friday, May 24th at 5 pm. Students need to be at the school by 4 pm.
The Parents Association will be selling food and drinks.
The dress code for graduation is semi-formal.
The field trip to Camp Guau is on Tuesday, May 28th and will be the last day of school.
The trip will cost $40, whether going on the bus or driving with parents.
Students will need to wear their red school t-shirts.
Please remember if any Pre-K or Kindergarten students are going on the trip they need to be escorted by an adult.
The Science Fair School Program is on Friday, May 24th, starting at 6 pm after the graduation ceremony.
Students should have already begun working on their Science Fair Projects at home.
Students:
The School Snack Shop is open every day for treats, candy, and snacks. Remember to bring some change if you want to buy something.
We will continue to sell pizza for $1.50 on Thursdays & ice cream for $0.75 on Fridays.
Scheduling Meetings:
Weekly Office Hours: Tuesday and Thursday in the morning from 8a to 10a, and in the afternoons from 3:30p to 4:30p, Wednesday from 2p to 4p, Fridays from 10a to 4p. Weekend Office Hours: Saturday by appointment only.
Registration & School Fees:
Parents please remember to make all school payments on time. If you are late on a payment please contact the office to avoid any further late fees. Please write your child’s name when you're doing transfers and direct deposits.
Church/Bible Study:
We have Bible study on Thursday nights at 6 pm and church on Sunday mornings at 9 am here at the JLM Campus. Please join us as we worship the Lord together!
Payments:
All payments must be made via online banking (03-37-01-144480-5 Banco General or Bac Int. Bank 104283031) or direct deposit at the bank. No cash will be accepted at the school. However, you can pay with a credit card at the school. When you make a payment please send a picture of the receipt via WhatsApp or email to the school.
Reminders:
Parents, please remember that book fees are due this month. Please make your payments now.
