Parents: Final exams, Graduation, and the Science Fair are this week!
● This Tuesday, May 21st, we will take Graduation Pictures for the graduating students.
● Regarding food for the Graduation Ceremony, each parent needs to bring a plate for the
dinner afterward. The list of food that is needed will be sent to the parent’s group.
● Based on the number of students that have responded for the field trip, we must cancel
the trip due to not having enough students to go. Instead of the field trip, we will have a
Pick Nick Day for the last day of school on Tuesday, May 28th.
● Every student needs to bring snacks and drinks to share with the rest of the students for
the Pick Nick Day.
● If you are interested in summer classes (grammar, reading, and math reinforcement)
please contact our school administration. It will be from June 3rd to June 28th, Mondays
through Thursdays from 8 am to 12 pm. See the flyer for more information.
Students: The School Snack Shop is open daily for treats, candy, and snacks. Remember to
bring some change if you want to buy something.
● We will continue to sell pizza for $1.50 on Thursdays & ice cream for $0.75 on Fridays.
Scheduling Meetings:
Weekly Office Hours: Tuesday and Thursday in the morning from 8a to 10a, and in the
afternoons from 3:30p to 4:30p, Wednesday from 2p to 4p, Fridays from 10a to 4p.
Weekend Office Hours: Saturday by appointment only.
* Registration & School Fees: Parents please remember to make all school payments on
time. If you are late on a payment please contact the office to avoid any further late fees.
Please also remember to write your child’s name and grade on your payments when
you're making transfers and direct deposits.
Church/Bible Study: We have Bible study on Thursday nights at 6 pm and church on
Sunday mornings at 9 am here at the JLM Campus. Please join us as we worship the
Lord together!
Payments: All payments must be made via online banking (03-37-01-144480-5 Banco General
or Bac Int. Bank 104283031) or direct deposit at the bank. No cash will be accepted at the
school. However, you can pay with a credit card at the school. When you make a payment
please send a picture of the receipt via WhatsApp or email to the school.
Reminders: Registration for next school year is due this month!
● Parents, if you need to set up a payment plan for registration please schedule a meeting
with our school administration as soon as possible.
● If you still need to make book payments, you must pay by this month as soon as
possible. We have already met with the book company to purchase next year’s books.
● Graduation is on Friday, May 24th at 5 pm. Students need to be at the school by 4
pm. The dress code for graduation is semi-formal.
● The Science Fair is on Friday, May 24th, starting at 6 pm after the graduation
ceremony. Students need to submit their science projects before Friday.
● We need your help! We need parent volunteers for our school construction project
starting May 31st. We will need parent volunteers to cook meals for the missionaries
coming from the U.S. to do the construction during the first week of June, and we will
also need parent volunteers to paint the school during the second week of June. Contact
